Chiken curry recipe

What are the ingredients for cooking chicken curry ?
1)chicken with bone:-750 gm
2)Medium size onion:- 2 nos
3)Ginger:-1 and 1/2 inch long piece
4)Garlic cloves:-20 to 22 nos
5)Tomato:-1 nos
6)Green chilli:- 2 nos
7)Mustard oil:-3 tbsp
8)Big size potato:-2 nos
9)salt:-according to taste 
10)Tuemeric pwowder:-one pinch
11)Bay leave:-1 nos
12)cloves:-5 nos
13)cinnamon :-1 piece 
14)cardamon:-3 nos
15)suger:-1/2 tbsp 


How to cook chicken curry?don't worry it will be done now ..I will tell you how to cook it..so let's start cooking:-

Step one:-
I have already said what ingredients are needed to cook chicken..so,the chicken that I will use the cook the chicken I cut a little bigger and washed well.

Step two:-
At this stage we will make a Masada by blending it in a blender.it will add two medium sized onions to the mug of the blender, it won't take much onion.A little bit like 2 pieces of ginger and add 20/22 garlic cloves. One tomato into small pieces. And add two  green chilies. Then all the spices should be blend together. This spice is very important in cooking chicken curry.this is increases the taste of this dish.


Step three:-
Now I will start cooking it.so,I heat the oil in a pan with 3 tbsp of Mustard oil.Next I add two big sized potatoes (cut two big size potatoes in half and fry them in oil).and add a little bit of salt and give a little turmeric powder. When the potatoes are fried I will keep them in another bowl. And fry the same potatoes in oil with a bay leaf, 4/5 cloves, a large piece of cinnamon, then add 3 small cardamons and 1/2 tsp sugar(if suger is added the color of the broth is very red)..caramelized the suger on low heat and fry the spices like 30/40 sec..when the spices are fried, I am giving the paste of the spices. Well, I'm taking this spices on medium heat. I should be extracted from the spices until the raw smell goes away. When the masala was removed I added the pieces of meat.cook the meat on medium heat for 10 minutes. After that I will give 1/2 kashmiri red chili powder. I will give salt according to the taste. I will not use any other spices in it.now mix everything well.you can use cumin powder or coriander powder if you like.but I am not using them in this recipe as I'm keeping it very simple. So,all my materials have been given. Now,I will slowly grate the meat with the lid.until the meat is cooked well.and if you cook the meat in this way ,a lot of water comes out of the meat, there's no need to add extra water..After 10/15 min,after draining the meat with the lid,I gave the fried potato in between. Then again the well cook the chicken for 5 min with the lid..After 5 min when you lift the lid you will see a lot of water coming out of the me.The meat will be cooked well in this water ..After that we will add one cup of hot water to it.if you give hot water,the chicken will taste better.at this stage,do a salt test if you salt is needed you can add a little green chillies. After adding everything cook the meat for another 10 min until the potatoes and meat are fully cooked. At the end, I'm adding garam Masala .
